Pacific Center has been operating with a LEED for Existing Buildings Gold certification since 2015 and Platinum recertification since 2019. To achieve this highest Platinum level, the building reached a minimum of 80 points through energy & water efficiency, waste diversion, including annual indoor air & water quality testing to ensure a healthy building environment.
